At Taskworld, a task management software company, the dream project 'performance feedback management' feature was finally on the milestone.

In 2018, I led the design of the entire feedback management experience.

Throughout the Design Sprint exercise, we came up with clear design goals along the following lines:

How can users associate a feedback with a Project or Task that already filed in Taskworld? What's the most intuitive way to connect between the Task context and Feedback input?

Consolidation

How can user access an overview of all gathered feedback efficiently? How do we make it useful when they utilize the feedback for the actual performance review?

Suggestion

How does the app encourage users to give feedback on the right moment and right people without feeling overwhelmed?

The feedback management for Taskworld is a brand new collaborating tool. It allows people to send/receive feedback on task and build their profile by collecting priceless feedback from their colleagues.
